Online Ordering & Pickup:
Our online ordering system is designed to make ordering and pickup faster and more efficient for most customers. Orders are prepared in the order they are received during our opening hours, and you’ll receive an SMS when your order is ready for pickup, helping reduce unnecessary waiting.
During opening hours, orders are normally ready within 15–30 minutes.
Online orders cannot be scheduled for a specific preparation or pickup time. If you would like to order ahead for a particular pickup time, please call the restaurant and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
Orders placed while we’re closed or during our afternoon break will be prepared when we reopen.
Dietary Requirements and Special Requests:
All dishes contain fish sauce and oyster sauce unless arranged otherwise. For vegan or gluten-free options, food allergies, or any other special requests, please order by phone so we can discuss your requirements. Some vegetables and ingredients may be unavailable due to seasonal availability.

Last Order Times:
Lunch: 2:00 pm | Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday dinner: 8:15 pm | Friday and Saturday dinner: 9:00 pm. Public holiday hours may vary. Please check our Google Profile for current opening hours.
A surcharge of 15% applies on public holidays.
This surcharge is not included in the menu prices. It is calculated on the order subtotal and shown separately before payment.

How to leave a special instruction
1. Click “Checkout Note Added” above and add it to your order. This tells our kitchen staff to check your note online, as checkout notes do not print on the kitchen docket.
2. On the final checkout page, tick “Add Notes to Your Order”, then enter the dish name and your instructions clearly.
Example: Pad Thai Chicken - mild/medium/hot/Thai hot, no vegetables, no onions, etc.
